Actions #
An action is what your Zap does in eCardWidget after the trigger fires.

Send eCard #
Sends an eCard to a recipient by email, or creates a shareable link.

If you create a share link, the action gives you back a link you can use in later steps — for example, post it to Slack or text it to someone.
Create or Update Team Member #
Adds a person to your directory, or updates them if they're already there. Only the fields you fill in are changed — anything you leave blank is untouched.

After it runs you can use the result (whether the person was created, updated, unchanged, or skipped), their Team Member ID, and a list of what changed — handy for later steps or logging.
Deactivate Team Member #
Deactivates a directory member. This is reversible — they stop receiving automated cards and no longer count toward your seat limit. Use it for offboarding.
Enter the member's Email or Employee / External ID.
Delete Team Member (Permanent) #
Permanently removes a directory member and their data. This cannot be undone — for normal offboarding, use Deactivate Team Member instead.
